Enable Tracing at Test Environment

1. build stand-alone custome server.
   edit the file "dir/svr/defbbk.met", comment out the "resolve server bbksvr dynamically" line.
2. turn on the method tracing at bbksvr.
   edit the file "dir/cus.cfg", add "-tm" at bbksvr end of command line;
   uncomment the 3 lines of config bbksvr.
3. restart the mux and dsp via "netstart".
4. see the dspout_0.txt is tracing file.
