访问https 报错ssl 协议异常

报错信息：

 ERROR][http-nio-8888-exec-1] - Servlet.service() for servlet [dispatcherServlet] in context with path [] threw exception [Request processing failed; nested exception is org.springframework.web.client.ResourceAccessException: I/O error on GET request for "https://api.paasoocn.com/lookup?key=dalpg1pg&secret=cmkMb5&number=447882428113": java.security.ProviderException: java.security.KeyException; nested exception is javax.net.ssl.SSLException: java.security.ProviderException: java.security.KeyException] with root cause

解决方法：

只有更新一下nss就可以了

yum upgrade nss
