添加头文件afxwin.h后引起异常的解决办法

  1. 把#include <afxwin.h>放在#include <windows.h>前面
  2. 如果是MD那么设置use MFC in a shared dll，如果是mt那么设置use MFC in a static library
  3. 宏定义中不要有_USRDLL;
