Is it possible to disable USB 2.0 features while enabling USB 3.0 in the Processing System (PS)?

Solution

The USB 2.0 ULPI Bus role is to enable VBUS regulators on Board and Detect a VBUS Valid condition from the board.

This is required for proper functioning of USB 3.0.

For all the three modes of USB 3.0, it is mandatory to program and use USB 2.0 MIOs as part of compliance for configuration and use of USB 3.0 in the PS.
