centos7安装uwsgi报错

CentOS 下 python-dev 叫做 python-devel

在使用 Python 进行开发时需要安装一些依赖包，最近在 CentOS 下安装 python-dev 包时总是找不到，查阅资料后发现，CentOS 下叫做 python-devel，而非一般开发包的 -dev（Ubuntu 下还是叫做 python-dev）。
