编译好的库：

https://github.com/JuliaLinearAlgebra/OpenBLASBuilder/releases

 

源码编译

下载：https://github.com/xianyi/OpenBLAS 选择合适的版本

下载perl：http://pan.baidu.com/s/1i3GLKAp ， 安装

编译：

1. 进入openblas文件夹，新建并进入build文件夹，在powellshell中执行命令 

cmake -G "Visual Studio 14 Win64" -DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Debug ..
