Maven使用阿里云镜像

Maven在国内的话下载速度不够快，推荐使用阿里云的镜像，配置方法还是比较简单，下面是全局的配置文件 settings.xml中的内容：

新建一个settings.xml的文件，将上述内容复制到该文件中，然后放置在个人目录下的 /.m2 目录下，使用maven下载包的时候就是从阿里云下载了，速度会明显快很多的。
