曲线下方的面积（Area under the curve）

1.真阳性（true positive,TP）：有病且检测结果为阳性

2.假阳性（falsepositive，FP）：无病但检测结果为阳性

就是从大到小排序，然后分成区间，确定x和y的坐标。画图

[X,Y,T,AUC] = perfcurve(labels,scores,posclass) returns the area under the curve for the computed values of X and Y.
