The idea behind the Program is to invite national and international artists to stay at the Canadian International School students' residence and interact through workshop, performance, exhibition, screening etc with students, faculty and parents. The Program intends to play an active role in providing skills, incubating ideas and fostering experience for their students.
CIS Artists in Residence Program will provide students the opportunity to work with international artists on a variety o activities like projects, research, quizzing, painting, collage, group learning, storytelling, lectures discussions, teambuilding, brainstorming, public programming, demonstration and exhibition of students' creative work etc. Canadian international school Bangalore aim is to help students sustain their creative efforts over time through its ‘Artists in Residence Program.
