ubuntu18.04报错AttributeError: module 'platform' has no attribute 'linux_distribution'

发现是pip某一个wheel的原因，导致生成python2的虚拟环境可以，但是python3的会出现如题的报错，然后找了一个网站下了最新的pipwheel重命名，替换了原来的
