重新安装系统之后下载安装python3，结果出问题了

装不了，原来是我的我Windows系统的问题，需要需要安装SP1 package升级包，升级包下载地址：https://www.microsoft.com/zh-CN/download/details.aspx?id=5842

下载说明：根据自己的系统版本选择，我的系统是64位的，我选择的是Windows_Win7SP1.7601.17514.101119-1850.AMD64CHK.Symbols.msi（适用于 64 位计算机的独立调试符号（已检验版本））这包含适用于 Windows 7 SP1 和 Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 的调试符号）
下载完成开始安装基本上一路 下一步 搞定
我下载安装之后重启系统，再次安装python3.6，然而并不能成功，同样的问题。于是我开启Windows 更新，并更新包，可是sp1总是更新失败
然后我又回到最开始的地方

选择了另一个版本安装完成就可以安装python3.6了，这里我安装完成之python安装完后又遇到了另外一个问题：

无法启动程序，因为计算机中丢失api-ms-win-crt-runtime-|1-1-0.dll。尝试重新安装该程序以解决此问题

解解决办法：下载安装vc_redist.x64.exe，下载地址

下载安装完成之后要重启系统，重启之后就OK了！至此问题完美解决。
