Querying a motor position

log_note $table_vert

Within a script it is necessary to include the following statement at the top of each procedure for each motor of interest: variable motorName .

Example:

Writing the current motor position to the log window

     variable table_vert

     variable gonio_phi

     log_note $table_vert

     log_note $gonio_phi }
