WIN 7下无法 登陆windows live (MSN) -error code 84cc0020

     I searched online for this issue, many posts said it is caused by contact list issue and need to delete the contact list cache like "windows live contacts". I tried this and restart my computer, but unluckily, it could not work. The root cause maybe the contact list issue, but it is also due to the compalibility issue. So you could resolve this issue by "Troubleshoot compatibility".
