解决方法:

rename

c:\windows\system32\perf-MSSQL11.SQLEXPRESSOME-sqlagtctr.dll
and
c:\windows\SysWOW64\perf-MSSQL11.SQLEXPRESSOME-sqlagtctr.dll

to

c:\windows\system32\OLD_perf-MSSQL11.SQLEXPRESSOME-sqlagtctr.dll
and
c:\windows\SysWOW64\OLD_perf-MSSQL11.SQLEXPRESSOME-sqlagtctr.dll
