Registered Permanent residence/attitude for sports

today  the topic is "should the Registered permanent residence policy  be amended  or changed?"
It's the group two topic.they state  their opinion about the current chinese policy. the breakdown as below:
yesterday  my opinion  is not over ,but time limited.so I continue it.
In china .suppose you live in some few citys like shenzhen,Beijing,Shanghai ,and so on ,those developed citys.if you have the registered permanent residence,you will get more  benifits  than those have not it. eg: your baby can go to kindergarten/school  which belong to the local government ,where your children can accept the first level education. On the other hand ,you can gain better social welfare than others.It is diferent  from  others on house  and medical expenses. Some persons ,even they live in shenzhen so many years ,if they can not have the condition,they are not shenzhen people.It's unfair to the pool,but richman can move his/her registered permanent residence without strict conditions ,eg:education level.the rich may take good money instead of strict conditions.It seems unreasonable.To all  that live in shenzhen for many years,they should be capable of registered permanent residence.However, they made a  contribution to this city,the city's progress can not have nothing to do with them.so my opinion is the registered permanent residence policy should be reformed/ amended. 

attitude for  sports

as we all know ,in sports field,champion is the one that wins first place or first prize in a competition.we pride for the sports champion. but sports is not only a  competition but also exercise ,especially ordinary people.In order to have a good health.I play badmintoon every weekend.The activity make me have a good energy,and keep from illness.I like it .My opionon is some exercise is sports attitude.
