应用程序无法正常启动（Oxc0000142）是安装了微软新发布的补丁KB2533623所产生的冲突，解决步骤如下：（演示使用WIN10系统，其他Windows版本操作大致相同）
1丶开始->搜索“命令提示符”，点击右侧的打开按钮。
2丶等待片刻系统将打开命令提示符。
3丶在窗口中输入以下命令：
for %i in (%windir%\system32\*.dll) do regsvr32.exe /s %i
，回车执行。
4丶继续输入：
for %i in (%windir%\system32\*.ocx) do regsvr32.exe /s %i
并按回车即可。
然后重启
