Laravel安装教程

1、Call to undefined function Illuminate\Encryption\openssl_cipher_iv_length()

报这个错是因为Apache/bin目录下 libeay32.dll、ssleay32.dll 两个文件太旧，从php安装目录复制到Apache/bin目录
