设置可以使Eclipse每次启动时出现工作目录选择窗口

窗口 -> 首选项 -> 常规 -> 启动和关闭  -> 启动时提示工作空间

Windows -> Preferences -> General -> Startup and Shutdown -> Prompt for workspace on startup
