asp.net 将指定字符串按指定长度进行截取并用其他字符串替换方法

       在前台页面上有时候只需要显示一定长度的字符就可以了，例如在前台页面显示标题，而标题有20个字符，

       显示在<div></div>会很长影响页面的整体美观，这时就用下面方法，只截取前12个字符剩下的用“...”代替。

       前台页面调用如下：

       <div><%# StringTruncat(Eval("Title").ToString(), 12, "...")%></div>

       方法如下：
