Linux下控制台打不开 Solution for "The connection was refused when attempting to contact" in Oracle EM

控制台打不开的原因是因为dbconsole服务没有启动，在配置好环境变量的情况下

 

emctl常用命令语法：

emctl start dbconsole启动EM console服务，使用前需要先设置ORACLE_SID环境变量

emctl stop dbconsole停止EM console服务，使用前需要先设置ORACLE_SID环境变量
