汉字转为拼音(C#版)

      汉字转为拼音在我们日常开发中用的比较多,像百度,谷歌等一些搜索引擎,都有自己的拼音转汉字,汉字转拼音,今天有一个网友问到了这个问题,

我写了个demo给他,现在也分享给各位网友一下。
