classify
classify有两个形容词：classified和classifiable. classified有两个意思：1. arranged in groups 分类的; 2. declared officially secret.
- Information that is confidential is meant to be kept secret or private.
- If you talk to someone in a confidential way, you talk to them quietly because what you are saying is secret or private.

The U.S. government uses the terms Sensitive But Unclassified (SBU), Sensitive Security Information (SSI), Critical Program Information (CPI), For Official Use Only (FOUO), or Law Enforcement Sensitive (LES) to refer to information that is not Confidential, Secret, or Top Secret, but whose dissemination [散布] is still restricted.
To disseminate is to spread information or ideas to as many people as possible.
