使用方式一
直接在命令上输入: pip install -i 镜像链接 模块名
使用方式二
windows: 在 user 目录下创建一个 pip 文件夹，在里面新建文件
pip.ini.例如：C:\Users\Administrator\pip\pip.ini
Linux下，修改~/.pip/pip.conf内容如:
[global] index-url = https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple [install] trusted-host=pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn

在 source/conf.py中 编辑 extensions
