发布一个 Hyper-V 编程模型

NHyper-V，使.NET coder 更容易编程操纵Hyper-V虚拟机。另外写了个EXE封装程序 - vmtool，支持下面一些简单的命令：start,stop,reboot,pause,save,applysnapshot,createsnapshot,removesnapshot,removesnapshottree.
