Mourning for the people lost in the Second World War

In the morning today , a convocation was came off  in Japan for mourning for
the people lost in the Second World War.
Every year in Japan there will be lots of movements like this to mourning,
it looks like that Japan is the victim in the Second World War.It is very
impudent ,I feel it is sick.
