Sharepoint 人员搜索失败的解决，

1. 环境说明：
ssp admin: http://moss:8088/
my sites:  http://moss:8089/mysites/
建立SSP后对AD人员进行导入成功，建立个人网站也成功，但执行爬网时报以下错误：
ID: 2436.
The start address <sps3://moss:8089> cannot be crawled.
Context: Application 'SharedServices1', Catalog 'Portal_Content'
Details:
 Error in PortalCrawl Web Service.   (0x80042617)

2. 原因：sps3://moss:8089/ 无效。

3. 解决办法：在http://moss:8089 的"/" 路径下以"enterprise\My site host"模板建立网站集合. 重新爬网,可看到LOG中有很多类似于以下的信息:
http://moss:8089/mysites/person.aspx?guid=d4d87752-117b-40e8-9f3a-7e62a98d4019

update scope 后，问题解决。可以搜索到人员。
