为Mysql开启远程连接

1.新创建一个Host 为'%'的用户

 mysql>insert into mysql.user(Host,User,Password) values('%','root',password('root'));

2.为用户授权

mysql>grant all privileges on *.* to root@'%' identified by 'root';

mysql>flush privileges;
