8.4 Offline functions of the display unit

显示单元的离线功能

The following information refers to functions that can only be performed offline.For this reason, the controller must be in Boot Configuration mode.

以下信息指的是只能离线执行的功能。因此，控制器必须处于Boot Configuration模式。

There are several ways to activate the configuration mode of a controller during operation:

在控制器运行时，有几种方法激活控制器的配置模式：

• switch off the supply voltage of the controller, switch it on again and hold down the ESC key when restarting,
• 切断控制器电源，然后送电，在此期间按住ESC键不放。
• restart via the display menu and press the ESC key during restart,
• 通过显示单元菜单重启，然后按住ESC键不放。
• restart with the reset switch and hold down the ESC key during restart。
• 用复位开关重新启动，并在重启期间按住ESC键不放

8.4.1 Update/Restore

更新/恢复

The menu (Update/Restore) provides three F1 - F3 functions.

此菜单（更新/恢复)提供F1-F3三个功能。

F1 - Restore config

F1 - 恢复配置

The Restore config function can be used to restore the configuration stored on an SD card (Backup config). The controller searches the configuration (application/project) on the SD card under the file name that corresponds to the IP address in hexadecimal format.

恢复配置功能可用于恢复存储在SD卡上的备份配置。控制器根据IP地址对应的16进制文件名查找SD卡上的配置(application/project)

 

F2 - Firmware update

F2 - 固件更新

The controller searches a valid firmware file on the SD card and loads it into the flash memory of the CPU module. Upon restoring or updating, the controller is automatically rebooted. Depending on the file size, this process can take several seconds (loading..... is displayed). As soon as the ABB logo appears, you can remove the SD card from the slot.

控制器搜索SD卡上的有效固件文件，并将其加载到CPU模块的flash中。根据文件大小，这个过程可能需要几秒钟(会显示”加载.....“)。一旦ABB标志出现，您就可以从插槽中取出SD卡。

Make sure that the SD card is not removed and the power supply is not switched off during firmware updating! 要确认在更新固件过程中，不要断电，不要取出SD卡。

A firmware update during runtime is only possible for redundant AC 900F.

冗余AC 900F只能在运行时更新固件。

The firmware file must be copied manually to the SD card via the Freelance PC. The firmware files can be found in the Freelance installation folder "... \ ABB \ Freelance \ exe": 固件文件必须通过freelance 计算机人工拷贝到SD卡上。 固件文件可以在Freelance 安装文件夹"... \ ABB \Freelance \ exe"找到： MSR11OS.BIN -> PM 901F MSR12OS.BIN -> PM 902F MSR14OS.BIN -> PM 904F

It is not possible to save the firmware from the controller to the SD card.

不能从控制器保存固件到SD卡。

The firmware for the AC 900F display (TD 951F) is automatically loaded along with the AC 900F controller firmware. AC 900F显示单元（TD 951F）固件伴随AC 900F控制器固件自动加载。

F3 - Enable autorestore 

F3 - 自动恢复使能

The controller can be configured to automatically restore the configuration data saved on the SD card (Backup config) when a cold start is initiated.

控制器可以配置为在冷启动时自动恢复保存在SD卡上的备份的配置数据。

The Autorestore function can only be properly performed on condition that the SD card with the configuration remains installed. The controller features a monitoring function to check whether this is the case. This monitoring function can be activated using the AC 900F parameter dialog in Freelance Engineering, only: 

再有在有配置的SD卡安装在控制器上的情况下，自动恢复功能才能够正常执行。控制器具有监控功能，可以检测是否存在这种情况。只有使用Freelance过程中的AC 900F参数对话框来激活此监视功能。

CPU/Security > SD card > SD card monitoring

If the SD card is removed while the monitoring function is activated, the controller displays a “SD card removed” message. This message appears in the Freelance Operations message list

如果监视功能激活期间SD卡被拿走，控制器会显示SD卡被取走的消息。此信息会显示在freelance操作员消息列表。

In the Freelance Engineering Commissioning mode the AC 900F parameter dialog shows the following:

As to the use of the Autorestore function, please observe the following information.

关于自动恢复功能的使用，请注意以下信息：

In the case of a cold start and an empty memory, the data will be automatically transferred from the memory card to the controller memory. If the controller already contains data, the data from the memory card will not be stored.

在冷启动和空内存的情况下，数据将自动从存储卡转移到控制器存储器。如果控制器已经包含数据，则不会存储存储卡中的数据。

 

CPU module without battery 

不带电池的CPU模板

This AC 900F operating mode is recommended with regular supply voltage failures for a longer period of time, e.g. with solar energy supply. As no energy is supplied at night (buffering mode), the battery would be discharged within less than two years. 

这种AC 900F使用模式建议在经常供电故障的情况下，为了使用更长时间，比如，使用太阳能电源供电。由于夜间不供电(缓冲模式)，电池在少于两年内会放电。

In order to ensure that after a control start the controller operates with the data from the memory card and not with “partly” still available data in the memory, a minimum turn-off time of the controller must be observed. The turn-off time (discharge of the buffer capacitors in the CPU module) must be > 60 s. 

为了确保在控制器启动后，控制器操作从存储卡上来的数据，而不是部分在内存上有效的数据，必须观察控制器关机的最小时间，关闭时间(CPU模块缓冲电容的放电时间)为> 60秒。

 

Redundant Controller

冗余控制器

For redundant controllers, a memory card with the current configuration should be installed in each controller.

对冗余控制器，带有当前配置的存储卡要安装在每一个控制器上。
