3.4 Power supply

       The voltage at the DC-IN power supply terminal of the controller is not only defined by the adjusted output voltage of the external power supply module, but also by the voltage drop across the supply cables, the load current, additional fuses and much more。
       控制器的直流输入供电端子上的电压(有多少)不仅由外部供电模块输出的电压来定义(这不是废话嘛),而且由供电线路上的电压降、负载电流、附加引信等定义(线路电压损失肯定有的啊)。
3.4.1 Voltage range

    In the selection of power supply units and its installation you need to observe the limit values of the supply voltage for controllers as specified in the standards IEC 61131-2, Namur NE 21 and GL VI-7.2.
      在供电单元的选择和安装上,你需要根据IEC 61131-2、那慕尔(国际过程工业自动化用户协会的简称,由拜耳、巴斯夫等7家公司于1949年在德国发起成立) NE 21和GL VI-7.2(德国船级社)标准中对控制器的供电电压限值。
      To maintain the limit values, AC 900F expects the information whether it should operate according to IEC 61131-2 and Namur NE 21 or GL VI-7.2. .
      为保持限值,AC900控制器希望或许是否根据IEC 61131-2、那慕尔NE21和GL VI-7.2标准进行操作的信息。
In order to meet the requirements of Namur NE 21 or IEC 61131-2, a power supply is required which ensures a voltage disruption buffering of at least 20 ms.
为了满足 Namur NE 21 或 IEC 61131-2 的要求,需要电源,以确保电压中断缓冲至少为 20 ms
AC 900F can be adjusted accordingly by means of the parameter “Use GL power fail level”. This configuration takes places in Freelance Engineering in the parameter mask of the CPU module concerned。
AC 900F 可以通过参数"使用 GL 功率故障水平"进行相应调整。此配置位于freelance工程的CPU模板相关参数面板中。
IEC 61131-2 and Namur NE 21
Controller configuration to comply with the standard for programmable logic controllers IEC 61131-2 and the Namur NE 21 recommendation.

If the supply voltage drops below 19,2 V and after voltage return, the controller performs a cold start or warm start depending on its configuration。
如果电压降低到19.2V以下,并在电压返回后,控制器根据其配置执行冷启动或暖启动。

Controller configuration to comply with the special requirements of Germanischen Lloyd GL “ship classification” according to the GL VI-7.2 standard.
控制器配置符合德国劳埃德GL"船舶分类"的特殊要求,按照GL VI-7.2标准。

Of importance is the lower limit value of 18 V, at which the CPU module remains in function.

重要的是 18 V 的下限值,CPU 模块仍保留在其中功能。

If the supply voltage drops below 18 V and after voltage return, the controller performs always a cold start.

如果电源电压降至 18 V 以下且电压返回后,则控制器执行总是一个冷启动。

 

3.4.2 ABB Power Supplies

     The following power supplies are compatible with AC 900F. They can be used to provide 24 V DC to CPU modules, I/O modules and field devices. Accessories, such as voter-, redundancy- and messaging modules enable for the setup of a redundant power supply and its monitoring.
以下电源与AC 900F 兼容。它们可用于为 CPU 模块、I/O 模块和现场设备提供 24 V 直流。配件,如投用、冗余和消息传递模块,可用于设置冗余电源及其监控。
