LEDs and switches

LED和开关

 

The LEDs on the front panel show essential status information and diagnostic data. The operating mode can be changed using the switches。

前面板上的LED灯显示基本状态信息和诊断数据。操作模式可以通过开关来更改。

Three switches are provided for the following functions: 

三个面板开关提供下面的功能：

– RUN/STOP 运行/停止切换

– TOGGLE (Primary/ Secondary) 主备切换

– RESET 重启

 

RUN/STOP switch

运行停止开关

This switch is used to start and stop the program sequence. In redundant mode, the position of the RUN/STOP switch on the active AC 900F is used.

此开关用于启动和停止程序序列，也就是决定要不要运行程序序列。主AC900F控制器上RUN/STOP切换开关在使用，也就是说去拨备用控制器上这个开关时不能启动/停止程序序列的。

 

     Both controllers perform the command (Run or Stop). The LED display on the Primary shows the current status. In the case of a redundancy change-over, the last status is retained irrespective of the RUN/STOP switch position.

     两个控制器执行命令（运行或者停止）。主控制器上的LED指示灯显示当前状态，当冗余切换时，无论运行/停止切换位置如何，都保留最后一个状态。

 

Change-over to Run 转换到运行

             

       Normal operation. The program sequence is started. If the module is reset and a self-test is subsequently started, no configuration menu appears at the diagnostic interface。

        正常操作。程序序列已启动。如果模块重置，随后开始自检，则诊断接口中不会显示配置菜单。

Change-over to Stop  转换到停止

       

        The program sequence is stopped. If the module is reset and a selftest is subsequently started, the configuration menu appears at the diagnostic interface.

        程序序列已停止。如果模块重置，随后开始自检，则配置菜单将显示在诊断界面。

 

TOGGLE switch

主备切换开关

     With a redundant AC 900 F configuration in synchronized state, a change-over of the TOGGLE switch on the Primary produces the following effect: The previous Secondary changes immediately to Primary and the previous Primary to Secondary without requiring any system rebooting. Any actuation of the TOGGLE switch on the Secondary will be ignored.

    配置为同步状态下的冗余AC 900F，“主”控制器上的切换开关拨动或产生下面的效果：以前为备用的（控制器）立即成为主（控制器），以前为主（控制器）的立即成为备（控制器），这无需任何系统重启。在备用控制器上拨这个开关将被忽略。

 

RESET switch

重启开关

       The RESET switch is used to reset the AC 900F. Depending on the system status,either a warm or a cold start is initiated. A “tool“ (e.g. a ball pen or similar) is required to actuate the RESET switch。

重启开关用于AC900F的重启。根据系统状态，要么是热启动，要么是冷启动。执行 RESET 开关需要"工具"（例如球笔或类似工具，这应该是为了防止误触）

 

When the RESET switch is pressed for a specified time, the following functions will be released:

当重启开关持续按下以下时间时，下列功能将执行

Single controller

单控制器

< 4 s = Warm start 

小于4秒，热启动

> 4 s = Cold start

大于等于4秒，冷启动

 

Redundant controller

冗余控制器

< 4 s = no function

小于4秒，啥也不做

> 4 s = redundancy change-over and cold start of the controller with actuated RESET switch

大于等于4秒，冗余切换，该控制器冷启动

 

SD card reader

SD读卡器

 

      The SD card reader is used for data backup, for restoring the application as well as for updating the firmware. Additional to this, a backup of the project file can be exported from Freelance Engineering to the SD Card (details see Engineering Manual System Configuration). All high-quality SD cards with 1 GB up to 32 GB are supported. With an appropriate adapter, mini and micro SD cards can be used as well. 

       SD读卡器用于数据备份，为恢复应用程序和升级固件。此外，项目文件的备份能够冲工程师站导出到SD卡。（详细信息请参阅工程手册系统配置）支持从1GB到32GB的高质量SD卡。使用合适的适配器，迷你和微型 SD 卡也可以使用。

During a write or read operation on the SD card, the error LED flashes orange on the AC 900F. 当SD卡做读写操作时，AC900F上的错误指示灯橙色闪烁。 To avoid data loss or inconsistent data, the SD card must not be removed during a write or read operation, the power supply must not be interrupted and no redundancy toggle should be performed 为避免数据丢失或者数据不一致，在读写操作时，SD卡不能取出，电源不能中断，不能冗余切换。
