2.2 Electrostatic Discharge ESD

静电释放

      The modules and accessories contain static-sensitive components. Electrostatic discharge can cause internal defects and impair proper functioning in the devices.Observe the following rules when unpacking and handling the modules and accessories. Please refer to IEC 61340-5-1 and IEC 61340-5-2.

     模块和附件中含有静电敏感器件。静电放电会造成内部缺陷，损害设备的正常功能。拆箱、搬运模块和配件时，请遵循以下原则。请参阅IEC 61340-5-1和IEC 61340-5-2。

 

• Touch an earthed object in order to discharge the electrostatic charging
• Wear a suitable earthed strap around your wrist.
• Do not touch connectors or pins on printed circuit boards.
• Do not touch any circuits inside the equipment.

• If possible, use a work place which is equipped with suitable an electrostatic
  discharge.

• When not in use, store the equipment in suitable static safe packaging material.

• Cover the unused connector with a dummy plug to protect it from being
  touched (ESD).

 

 

• 接触接地的物体以释放静电.
• 手腕上戴上接地腕带
• 不要触摸任何因算电路板上的连接器和引脚
• 不要触摸设备内的任何电路
• 尽可能使用配备有静电释放装置的工作场所
• 设备不使用时，放入静电安全的包装材料中
• 使用空塞覆盖保护不使用的插头

 

2.3 Installation

安装

      Professional installation of controllers, power supplies, accessories etc. is essential for proper function of the Freelance system

     专业安装控制器、电源、配件等等对确保freelance系统正常功能十分必要。

 

• Due to its construction (degree of protection IP 20) and the connection technology, it is recommended to install, operate the devices only in an enclosed housing e.g. switch cabinet.

• For the preparation of the installation, please refer to the “dimensions” Section in the Mounting and Installation, manual. Drawings show the required space,minimum distance to adjacent devices and more.

• Check tightness of the DIN rail, modules, terminal units and at least the power connections at the various terminals 

• Install the modules and accessories in a dry, dust free, non-corrosive room, and in such a way that it is not subject to shocks or vibrations.

• Ensure that the cooling of the process station is not hindered in any way. The ventilation slots on the upper and lower side of the module must not be obstructed by wires, cable ducts etc. and should always be clear

 

 

• 由于其结构(保护程度ip20)和连接技术，建议仅在封闭的外壳(如开关柜)中安装、操作设备.
• 关于安装的准备工作，请参阅《安装与安装手册》中的“尺寸”部分。图纸显示所需的空间，最小距离相邻设备等
• 检查DIN导轨、模块、端子和至少各端子上的电源连接是否紧固
• 请将模块和附件安装在干燥、无尘、无腐蚀、无冲击、无振动的环境中.
• 确保工艺站的冷却不受任何阻碍。模块上下两侧的通风槽不得被电线、电缆管道等堵塞，并应始终保持畅通
