tried to access method com.google.common.base.Stopwatch.<init>()V from class org.apache.hadoop

安装hadoop3.2.3 和hive3.1.2过程中

配置 hive on spark 中报错

spark版本2.3.0 调整 

配置为 spark on yarn  ，hdfs中jar包中 guava-27.0-jre.jar 与 hadoop和hive一致
