1、把这段文字，做成f.reg文件，然后双击此文件

2、IE里打开含有 <a href="openChrome:http://www.baidu.com" ></a> 超链接的标签

3、点击标签

4、如果您已经安装好CHROME ，并且安装路径和我文件里配置的一样，那么即可成功的在windows如果在IE中用超链接打开谷歌页面
