[IP&M] Reviewer Instructions

As an IP&M reviewer, your objective is to evaluate the merits and presentation of the research presented in this submission.

作为IP&M评稿人，您的目标是评估本次提交的研究的优点和呈现方式。

Submissions should employ appropriate methods and data that substantiates(vt.证实) the conclusions and interpretations(n.解释) of the research findings.

These research findings should be novel and not too similar to already published findings, reporting a breakthrough or at least advancement(n.发展) in the field.

Submissions with serious flaws of technical rigor and/or lack of research novelty are generally candidates for rejection.
