springboot+springcloud+maven相关父子项目创建

bootstrap.yml配置文件是类似云配置文件，整合springcloud才能使用,优先级大于application.yml，如果不起作用，可能是版本不对，选择低版本就行了

maven父子工程项目创建，idea中首先选择创建maven项目，删除src目录，父项目pom.xml如下：

接着可以继续创建下一级父项目，如果是多级，项目右键选择module，最后一级选择创建spring Initialzr项目，选择所需插件，pom如下
