django文件上传问题

Django站点上传大文件时,文件上传文件权限0600意味着每当非root用户想要查看文件(nginx)时,就会显示403，django默认直接保存的文件大小为2M，如果大小超过2M，会先读文件到内存中，统一写入，此时站点访问会权限不足，

有以下2中配置方案

一 、settings.py中配置(上传文件)（修改上传文件直接写入服务器文件）：

FILE_UPLOAD_PERMISSIONS = 0644

在Python 3中，八进制数字必须以0开头，因此行是：

FILE_UPLOAD_PERMISSIONS = 0o644

二、根据下面配置修改settings.py大文件上传大小
