ComponentArt Charting - WinChart for Windows Forms - WebChart for ASP.NET Released


ComponentArt just released Charting for .NET and the charts looks pretty sweet thanks to what appears to be their original 3D rendering engine.  They have both a WinChart for Windows Forms and a WebChart for ASP.NET.

A few features of WinChart and WebChart that caught my attention

  • Extensible architecture for defining new chart types & styles – with more than 175 pre-defined chart types included
  • Easy data binding with XML structures, SQL databases, Excel sheets, text files, .NET arrays and collections

Now if I could only afford their unlimited server distribution license.  The price point is pretty good if you develop a lot of ASP.NET applications that require charting.
