IIS无法启动 (world wide web publishing 服务无法启动) 错误：127
摘要：网上的人说最近微软更新的KB939373补丁会造成此问题。打开360查看更新的补丁，没有此补丁。昨天(2010-09-15)更新了几个补丁，有两个和IIS有关的，它们分别是:KB2124261,KB2290570, 卸载掉，果然重启IIS就ok了。
