从vs2003转到vs2008后，出现编译错误。

VS2008已经删除ATL Server的内置代码，把它独立为一个开源项目。

把以上文件放到文件找到并复制入 ..\Microsoft Visual Studio 9.0\VC\atlmfc\include中（最好把之前的include备份一下了，以免弄乱了）
