项目启动报错 找不到SpringCloud Config 配置中心

项目启动报错：

Caused by: org.springframework.web.client.ResourceAccessException: I/O error on GET request for "http://localhost:8888/": Connection refused: connect; nested exception is java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: connect

找不到SpringCloud Config 配置中心，

提示： Fetching config from server at : http://localhost:8888

INFO  c.c.c.ConfigServicePropertySourceLocator [line: 227] Connect Timeout Exception on Url - http://localhost:8888. Will be trying the next url if available

解决方法：

bootstrap.yml， 在SpringCloud Config对应的配置，添加 正确的uri: http://xx.xx.xx.xx:8888
