Solved Xentry Diagnostic Software Internal Error (317) 385

We know that improper operation may correspondingly cause error during operation or installation. Recently a Japanese customer reflected that he encountered an error when using the Xentry Diagnostic Software.

Problem:

Error message is reading “Internal Error (317) 385 follow the User – Help – Hard Disk access. You are restricted”. Besides, cannot run SD Media, EWA and WIS software either.

Solution:

It is not allowed to run SIM in Xentry Software directly, that is to say, WIS, EPC and SIM must be shortcut to desktop to run software, and cannot be exchanged freely when using MB SD Connect Compact C4 or other Xentry-compatible products.
