How can I change the reference numbers in manuscript to blue color?

I am working in Word 2010 and  EndNote X7. I want to change the color of citations in manuscript to blue (not to change them manually), but to change them automatically in creating the citations.  

For example: 

DNA was extracted as described by Van Soolingen et al. [2].  In this sentence, the color of citation [2] is blue.
