1、安装git，pycharm中指定git.exe
2、配置git
打开git bash输入下面两句
git config --global user.name 自己gitee的个人资料中的姓名
git config --global user.email 自己gitee账号中绑定的邮箱
2、pycharm安装gitee插件
3、添加gitee账户
4、账户为登录邮箱、和密码，没邮箱的在gitee中绑定
5、成功
