CentOS 8Linux系统提示Failed to set locale, defaulting to C.UTF-8，这是由于没有配置正确的语言环境导致的

Linux百科：使用root账户登录你的CentOS操作系统，然后执行两条命令：

echo "export LC_ALL=en_US.UTF8" >> /etc/profile

source /etc/profile

分别执行上方两条命令，即可解决。
