Forms cannot be loaded in EBS11i

Forms cannot be loaded in EBS11i, and when you open the url 'http://hostname:port/dev60cgi/f60cgi?' you got the error message like:
ERROR windowsDPI is not one of the parameters
THE RESOLUTION:
Modify the profile option 'ICX: Forms Launcher', add a parameter named 'windowsDPI'
