Movable Jaw Plate's Key Role in Crushing Work

Since the jaw crusher works intermittently ,that is working stroke and idling stroke, its motor load is very uneven. To load evenly, it is necessary to move the jaw back afterward (leave the fixed jaw plate), and then store the the energy of idle stroke , for the convenience that the stroke (broken ore) release all out of the energy when working. Use the principle of inertia, install two eccentric shaft at each end of a flywheel will be able to achieve this objective. for simplifying the structure of the machine, usually, we regard one of the flywheel doubles as the the pulley which  acts as the transmission power .
