VS Code: ctrl shift b 热键与 emoji 冲突

在 VS Code 中，ctrl shift b 是用于弹出 task 面板的。
不过 win10 给这个键绑定了 emoji 的输入面板（中文输入法状态下）。

查到一个消息证实，系统并没有设置项可以让出这个热键：

目前的办法：
1、切换到英文状态下使用
2、用右边的 ctrl shift b 键，可以临时绕过，不过还是有点不方便，目前只能这样了。

另外，ctrl + h 也能呼起 task 相关的列表。
