1、先ping一下GitHub
ping github.com，发现超时，然后百度解决超时的问题：
在C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc下的hosts文件中添加github的ip地址：
140.82.114.4 github.com
ip地址是通过这个网址查到的：http://github.com.ipaddress.com/
添加保存后，再次ping github.com发现不超时可以ping通
