配置DPDK编译目标

DPDK支持多种平台（x86、x64、ARM），编译的目标由ARCH-MACHINE-EXECENV-TOOLCHAIN给出

ARCH can be: i686, x86_64, ppc_64, arm64
MACHINE can be: native, power8, armv8a
EXECENV can be: linuxapp,bsdapp
TOOLCHAIN can be: gcc, icc

dpdk编译错误 numa.h

查看链接状态，执行以上指令，可以看到build链接到了一个不存在的路径
