1.download qemu-master from xilinx github

2. configure qemu-system-arm without kvm and with flat device tree support

./configure --target-list="arm-softmmu" --enable-fdt --disable-kvm

you will get

ERROR: zlib check failed
       Make sure to have the zlib libs and headers installed.

solution here :

sudo apt-get install zlib1g-dev pkg-config libglib2.0-dev

we will install zlib and some others for in case .

now new error :
